PlanBet lets you sign in to your personal account from a desktop or laptop browser, and from mobile devices through a mobile browser. The login form uses the same details across platforms, so you can switch between PC and phone without creating a separate profile.
You need an active PlanBet account to access the cabinet and use features linked to your profile, such as deposits, withdrawals, and game history. If you haven’t registered yet, the login page won’t work until you create an account and confirm your details during sign-up.
Open the PlanBet site or app, tap Log in , then enter the email or phone number you used at sign-up and your password. If your account has two-step verification on, PlanBet will ask for a one-time code before it lets you in.
Use Forgot password on the login screen and reset it through the link or code sent to your email or phone. After you set a new password, log in again and make sure Caps Lock and saved autofill details aren’t messing up the entry.
PlanBet supports social login in some regions, so you’ll see Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on the login page if it’s available on your account. If you don’t see those buttons, you need to log in with your registered email/phone and password.
Wait a minute, request the code again, and check that your phone has signal and can receive SMS from short numbers. If the code still doesn’t arrive, switch to email verification (if shown) or contact PlanBet support so they can update the number on the account after checks.
Log in using your email and password if you still have email access; then update the phone number in your account settings. If login is blocked by phone verification, PlanBet support can replace the number after identity checks, so you can regain access.
If your browser blocks cookies or clears site data on exit, PlanBet won’t keep the session and you’ll have to log in again. Allow cookies for PlanBet and turn off auto-clear for site data, then use Keep me signed in if it’s shown on the login screen.
